TONY TANZI (Recruiting advisory coach)

A native of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., Coach Finn has been involved in coaching youth​ sports (lacrosse, football & baseball) for over 20 years.  Coach attended Yorktown High School and continued his education at Marist College subsequently graduating with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.

Coach Finn is presently a Youth Officer for the Town of Yorktown Police Department and is currently the D.A.R.E Officer  for both the Yorktown and Lakeland Central School Districts.  Locally, he is the Head Coach for the 12U Hudson Valley Admiral football team.

Coach Mo has coached youth sports for the last 15 years with a focus on Lacrosse and Football. He has also taught multiple coaching clinics and developed practice plans for camps and clinics through Mahopac Sports Association, Arlington Lacrosse Club, Premier Lacrosse (of Arlington) and The Harvey School.

Native of Mahopac, N.Y., Sean "Coach Mo" Mohammed graduated from Mahopac High School in 1993 where he played lacrosse for Joe Corace and Ted Georgalis. Sean is currently Teaching in the Mahopac Central School district. 

Synan is currently an assistant coach at the University of Scranton, where he oversees the Royals’ Defense and Man-Down unit. Before joining Scranton’s coaching staff, he served as an assistant at Marywood University for the 2013-2014 season. During his time at Marywood he helped groom two All-Conference defenseman and a defense that was second in the conference in caused turnovers and helped lead the Pacers to the Colonial States Athletic Conference Finals. 

Synan has gained experience coaching at camps and clinics through Mahopac Sports Association and has also served on staff for Premier Lacrosse, of northeastern Pennsylvania, since 2013.

As a player, Synan was a four-year defenseman at The University of Scranton and a member of the 2011 Landmark Conference championship team, the Royals' first men's lacrosse title and NCAA tournament berth in school history. He was a second team all-conference selection in 2013.

Native of Mahopac, N.Y., Synan graduated from Mahopac High School in 2009 where he was a three-year letterman in lacrosse, being named captain his senior year. Synan graduated from the University of Scranton in 2013 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at his alma mater. 

Coach Wiesenthal 

A graduate of Mahopac 2016 Max was a 4 year starter at Mahopac Varsity reaching the  Sectional Finals twice, Max earned Defensive Player of the year as a senior for Section 1 and was named All section in his Junior and Senior year.

In his Sophomore year (2017) at DII Mercy College, Max earned the honor of being named Conference Co- defensive player of the year.

Zac Played defense for Mahopac for 3 years graduating in 2016- after Graduation Zac continued his` lacrosse Career at LIU POST

2011 All Section Player For Section 1 Mahopac Indians Jon Bota led his team to State Quarter Finals. Jon played Lacrosse for 4 years for the Western New England Golden Bears. Most recentley Coach Bota was selected to play for the Spanish National team.



Tony was a four year lacrosse student-athlete at Sacred Heart where he served as a captain for two years.  In his senior year, he earned Scholar All-American and was later drafted by the Boston Cannons in the 2008 collegiate draft.
A graduate of Mahopac High School in 2004, Tony was a three sport varsity athlete in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Lacrosse.  In 2004 Tony became the first XC runner in 30 years at Mahopac and the first  ever indoor track runner to compete at the New York State Championships. He capped off a stellar high school career with All-American honors in Lacrosse while leading Mahopac to a sectional title.
